ChronoGamers: Indie Pick – Gratuitous Space Battles

When I first heard of Gratuitous Space Battles, I assumed it would be a silly arcadey shooter or worse, a tower defense. I skimmed through screenshots when it was included in a Humble Indie Bundle, and decided to put it on the metaphorical shelf for later. Looking back, I can’t help but hate myself for being such a shallow bastard. I don’t know if the reason was related to finishing the first season of the “Battlestar Galactica” remake the day before, but when I finally installed it I was hooked within the first battle.
