Welp, cat's out of the bag — or Nanomachine-powered Cyberfeline's out of the nuclear tank that may only be a metaphor, as it were. Via a job listing, Konami's stealthily announced "the latest Metal Gear Solid targeted for high-end consoles and PC." The associated webpage, meanwhile, revels in Big-Boss-related art with all the subtlety of a trench-coat-clad bomber on rollerskates, so this suggests yet another return to the pre-MGS1 era popularized by Metal Gear Solid 3. Which is fine by me; more tactical espionage eyepatch action is never a bad thing.
