Street Fighter Alpha 3: The best game in the series?

Xbigygames writes: I’m a massive fan on th Street Fighter series. I’ve had near to every game that has been released since my days of playing Street Fighter II on my MegaDrive. There’s one game that I thought was the pinnacle of the series though: Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Now I know a lot of people will be thinking, ‘What the hell, it has to be Street Fighter II or 4 surely?’. Well I’m guessing that you haven’t played Street Fighter Alpha 3 then, because if you had you’d know how amazing it was, all round. The fighting system may have had a few niggles to be sorted but it gave the best overall package for a fighting game. In fact you may even notice that some new releases such as Street Fighter x Tekken and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 have taken a few ideas from this game.
