Orbit is one of this month’s free minis offerings through PlayStation Plus. Developed by Laughing Jackal, Orbit is a very simple game that saves players from complete boredom with occasional self-referential humor. Even as funny as it can be at times, the title’s simplicity is hard to forgive.

You have to hand it to recently formed Norwegian developer 4Bit Games; getting your first title straight onto the Xbox One store is no small achievement, especially when your company had no prior games industry experience. Orbit is a retro-styled space brawler which combines the intensity of four-player multiplayer battles with the intricacies of navigating space flight, whilst avoiding incoming asteroids and working with or against the gravity of celestial bodies.
Maneuver your ship between planets at breakneck speeds and take gravity into account as you crush your competitors with an epic spaceship arsenal. Use special abilities like shields and teleportation to defeat your enemies, and level up between fights as the madness intensifies in this twin-stick multiplayer space brawler!
I need to check it out, if not too expensive, it could be a cool little game.
