In terms of raw software, few years were as successful for gaming as Anno Domini two-thousand and eleven. There was a strong abundance of sequels and reboots (only one new IP appears on this year’s top 10 list), but gaming is fortunate enough to be in a place where sequels and reboots can still mean significant innovation and story development. As such, disappointments, though pronounced, were kept at a minimum, and some of the most celebrated series got even better. Though today’s hardware is starting to gray at the muzzle, or so the big three would have us believe, this has been perhaps its finest year to date.

Why don't you Hire Your Old Dev Team who brought us the brilliance of Battlefield Bad Company 2 while you're at it. It was more exciting than anything recent in the Battlefield series. It just needs to be updated to reach modern times, but it was so great at its core.
It's what made zipper and slant six awesome. They had military vets working for them, no just as consultants, but as developers as well. I wish Sony never closed them, MAG 2 or an update to MAG and a new socom is much needed.

Glad he clarified it but i'm still somewhat skeptical. Plus, his comments about how Ai will revolutionize storytelling were still pretty iffy.

I’m all for it. Cuts the time to make a game. Look, Hellblade 2 took 5 years to make, if AI can do that in half the time, as a consumer, I support it.
