With so many great games this year, was it the best we have seen? Or did industry failures tarnish its memory?
The Nintendo Switch 2 has set a new record by selling over 3 million units within 24 hours, tripling the PlayStation 4’s previous launch day sales.
Its crazy that it's both the highest selling console on day 1 and people can walk into a store and buy it with no pre order
Unlike the Switch 2 , the Playstation 4 was not sold on the same day in most regions.
Company skipped last year's event.
Not surprising at all.
I mean, they´ll be releasing a new console in a few weeks.
As The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered takes up 125GB, original designer Bruce Nesmith recalls fitting Skyrim into a tiny file size.
Skyrim is still my favorite ES game. I’m playing through it again right now since I never finished it.
I would put 2011 as a memorable year, but not the best... memorable for a lot of the negatives that happened and not positives.
Well seeing as how nothing really is coming out(or announced) in 2012 and no big news for 2013 I would say so.
I mean, Gears of War 3, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, Battlefield3, Modern Warfare 3(rehashed or not) ect pretty huge year I have to say
I still have yet to play Dark Souls or White Knight Chronicles 2 which I bought awhile back(still around playing Skyrim&BF3 lol)
Certainly the craziest.
Sony/PS3 gets hacked.
Microsoft distributes 1000's of accidental MSP
Wii U gets confusion all around
and Onlive releases with mixed reception.
Oh and Steam [kind of] got hacked.
"Was 2011 the Best Year for This Console Generation?"
