[Rumor] Is there a New Elder Scrolls on the way?

From what we have seen, Skyrim is getting a lot of attention lately. It even has garnered the biggest yearly award you can get, the VGAs Game of the Year for 2011. With the latest Elder Scrolls game just hitting shelves not but a month ago, you would think they not release another Elder Scrolls game for a while. Think again.
