Hot Shots on Vita looks incredible. Makes the PSP title look 10x worse by comparison and I always thought it was a decent looking title. The Vita is just flat out amazing. Those graphics are gorgeous, so fluid, and vibrant. OLED screen is the perfect fit for such gorgeous system. The film comparion shows how the OLED is the best decision for the screen. Colors are probably more vibrant than my TV in some areas. I love it.

I can't wait! Anyone have any info on how common dead pixels are with OLED? my psp had a dead pixel when bought :(

At least turn it on before you leave the store if you can, I will always check any HDTV now.

If you live in the Midwest or Texas I advise you to buy you PS Vita from a store called Nebraska Furniture Mart.

The name doesn't sound like a gaming store, but it has everything from games, electronics, one of the biggest line of 3D & HDTV's, exercise equipment, and of course everything from appliances to carpets to furniture. The only thing they don't sell are groceries. It makes Wal-Mart or Target Supercenters look small.

But to the main point, they offer the best warranty out of any store I've ever shopped at. I believe it's $60, and it covers your purchase for 2 years. The GOLDEN EGG of this deal is that it covers all accidental damage, you drop it and crack your screen they'll give you an in-store credit the same day to buy a brand new one, no questions asked, and they'll offer you another 2 year extension on your new product. Also if you don't want the in-store credit they'll offer you a check in the full amount of the price you paid.

I'm flying back home just to buy my PS Vita from them, and to visit family (that's my excuse for coming home). There's something else good about their warranty that I'm forgetting as well, but I'll post it when I remember it.

To me the psp has amazing quality and is quite vibrant. I can't imagine how awesome the vita will be once it is in my clutches. I can only assume that pants will be shat.

similar games and I realize that seeing a PSP vs. Vita comparison is important to see. However, I'd like to see a Vita vs. 3DS video comparison(minus 3D obviously). I think that would be just as important.

Immediately thought of the El Dorado zombie dudes in Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune.

Not necessarily a ‘horror’ moment, but I remember feeling really tense and anxious when the Flood were first introduced in the original Halo. I never felt more on edge or nervous in that whole game as that moment. I think it was the whole buildup that something terrible was coming but you didn’t know exactly what.

Another non-horror game that had me feeling it was Subnautica. The deep dark depths, and knowing that sea monsters were lurking nearby, had me jumping at every sound.

That scene where you first see them attack is pretty crazy!

I remember being scared of the Asylum level in the most recent Thief game from 2014.

Original Ridge Racer arcade classic coming to PlayStation in June

This will be the first time the original 1993 arcade Ridge Racer has appeared on home consoles.

I hear rumors that Evercade may also be getting a Namco Arcade cart with RR and Tekken on it. That would be sweet as their previous Namco Console carts have also recently been updated to work on the VS. Previously, they only had the license to the handheld. so the OG Evercade and the EXP and even the Alpha were supported, but not the VS.

Am i the only one that wants a Ridge Racer Type 4 Remake?
