It would appear so. The Kinect userbase is highly casual overall so you wouldn't expect most of them to look at reviews.

What are the Move software sales like? Kinect games seems to not do so well critically (Dance Central excluded) but some of those games go on to sell in the millions. Is it the same with Move games? I know Sorcery tanked.
Move software sales pale in comparison. The device is starved for software(created for the device)and it's just not getting it.
Just like the myth of the Vita having few games, this will continue. What you have to realise is that, unlike Kinect, you can actually play fully fledged games with the MOVE. Ignoring hardcore games that can also be played with the Dualshock might give some people peace of mind but it won't offer you the truth.
You know, I really hope that Kinect is a HUGE success and that Microsoft push hard with Kinect on the Nextbox. I'm not so keen on Sony doing the same with the MOVE though, I prefer it to be an option and not a one way ticket to banality. I do NOT want the casuals leading the charge for the PS4 thank you very much.

Kinect isn't leading the charge for MS either. Last time I checked kinect is still optional and you can still play full fledged kinect games. My point is that kinect has way more titles designed for it from the ground up than move. It will probably always be part of the 360 experience just like xbox live is. The way i see it casuals won't be leading the charge for xbox. Never have never will, but Kinect is nice to have to go along with it. First one was nice, the second one will be mighty impressive. Its good business for ms to have kinect with xbox because all gamers are different.
Not all gamers want to play gears, halo or uncharted. You have to cover all bases, not just the core ones. You think sony would of sold over 120 million consoles last gen if casuals didn't buy consoles? nope. I don't think so. So MS can have all the casual games they want as long as we get some core too. That way everyone will be happy. The industry is changing and you have to adapt or get left behind. That's a lesson sony is learning late this gen. Better late than never I guess.

Microsoft and Sony are both going to need to do something to try and slow down Nintendo. Sony obviously is going to release the family friendly PS3, Microsoft has always had good bundles.
Wow the Skyrim/Forza 4 Bundle is a really good bundle. It does goto show how amazing Skyrim was on the 360.
Bundles are standard going into the fall, this isn't an attempt to take away from any of the consoles.
The Wii-u is going to sell regardless, the new Slim model will sell regardless, just as nothing will stop the 360 from selling this holiday as well.

Who will buy that out dated mess of a console. Buy a wi u, or buy a ps3 ultra slim instead. Also instead of having to buy an Xbox live membership save yourself 10 dollars and buy a ps+ membership that will provide you with a ton of games so you don't need to buy one right away.

Lots of people hate MS on N4G, I don't think there is one shred of news that can be posted about the 360 that does not get a negative response.

Why are there more Sony fanboys in Nintendo and Xbox news than there are Xbox and Nintendo fanboys? If you went over to PS3 news and said the things PS3 fanboys say about Nintendo and MS. You would be banned or removed for trolling. It's a trade off, you get hordes of PS3 fanboys, but everyone knows N4G as a whiners circle for Sony fans.
I guess people should go with a ps3 if they like mandatory installs and long updates.

Interesting piece. I'm still not convinced on Kinect's ability to deliver an adventure style game without a better approach to navigation and movement and to me it looks like the lightsaber fighting would really benefit from a prop - I wonder how much the game would be confused by introducing a toy lightsaber for reference?
The other game modes look interesting though. A good way to adapt the source material to the controller.
They've already said you can use or hold whatever you want for a Lightsaber. I know some people if they have enough space will use a Force FX Lightsaber. I think I'll probably use something, flashlight or maybe even the Move controller.
I'm definitely going to give the game a try, people will try to hate on something that is trying something new, but it looks like the game is going to be a definite success regardless.
There are so many good games they could make and they make this?? How about a new rouge squadron, a real podracer, BATLLEFRONT 3 etc. If you were going to make a motion game you choose this before the one that can act as a lightsaber 1 to 1 ! If they dont make another good game next im done waiting.
Sounds like you've not actually played a Kinect game. It's all about the theatre. Gun Stringer already proved that. 1 to 1 is important but it is not all there is to creating a fun game. Give it a go man!
Rumor has it Battlefront 3 is in the works by Spark Unlimited. It would have been out by now had Free Radical not gone under because of that horrid game "Haze". Which caused them to go out of business and drop all the tech and time invested in the nearly completed SWBF3 game.
Also, not sure if you've seen it but you can use whatever prop you want as a Lightsaber. I'm sure Lucas Arts wanted to create the game on the Kinect because
A. It will actually sell and
B. Microsoft will actually advertise the game
I see people complaining about a Star Wars game not being on the Move, but that thing is a bust, plain and simple. Sony isn't spending any money on it and even once promising looking games like Sorcery are looking worse for ware.
