Mechwarrior: Tactical Command - iOS game

This is the "other" Mechwarrior game, for the iPhone and iPad made by Singaporean dev studio: Personae Studios. In the spirit of Mech Commander, the game aims to provide the player a tactical experience with 30 Battle Mechs to choose from.

Not exactly what many of us had in mind, but a good way to ease the franchise back into its former glory.

Smartphone app company Kwalee is pleased to announce the launch of their completely new website, offering an informative insight of what goes on behind the doors of Kwalee.

Providing an excellent overview of the work created by its dedicated staff and the fun shared in the office, the Warwickshire based company has developed a new and modern site ( http://kwalee.com ) to perfectly suit their ethos and culture.

The website is loaded with a whole pile of enhancements, including a commenting platform from Disqus, improving online conversations on any of Kwalee’s articles or features within the site. You really can have a say about anything!

Simply by logging in with your Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo or Google ID, the integration between the website and social networking sites gives visitors and the Kwalee team as much input and interaction as possible.

Kwalee CMO, Bruce Everiss, expresses that the kwalee.com will excite and entertain the public.

“The website allows us to communicate in both directions, learning the opinions of the public as well as us sharing informative content to keep you up to date with our news.”

Kwalee also plan to install a live web cam feed from their office in Leamington Spa in the next few weeks, perfect for those ‘all play and no work’ moments at the office ping-pong table!

Bruce adds: “We wish to enhance the communication between us and the public to make the website the best that it possibly can be. The web cam will give you a 24/7 behind-the-scenes look of Kwalee whenever you choose to log on. You could say we’re giving you the right to openly be our nosey neighbour!”

The informative blog entries, exciting news articles, and zany sketches, photographs and videos, are all navigated with ease. A growing number of videos are being added, making sure that you don’t miss out on any of the office antics!

In addition to the new website, 2012 has already proved a very successful year for the company so far after hiring two new members within the marketing team to take the roles of Brand Evangelist and Community Evangelist.
