Nvidia introduced the Tegra 3 recently and with it is coming some very impressive high-end graphics for mobile platforms. One game that showcases some amazing mobile graphics is Shadowgun. This game has been shown on Android tablets being played in real-time boasting some impressive gameplay, graphics, and physics alike. Maybe mobile gaming isn’t that unrealistic. That is, mobile gaming with good graphics.

The most successful first-person shooter franchise of all time is the Call of Duty series, but, aside from a few low-effort titles, it doesn’t have nearly as big of a presence on the mobile front. That’s where the Modern Combat series comes in, often considered the best first-person shooters available for mobile devices. This series is the mobile equivalent of Call of Duty and even surpasses it in some ways.
