FIFA 08 passes the million mark

2007 looks set to be the second year in a row of table-topping sales for the FIFA series. EA Sports’ football franchise has become the first game of 2007 to sell a million copies at retail in the UK, according to a statement from the company. FIFA 07 was the top-selling game of 2006, according to figures released in January of this year. It’s not yet clear if FIFA 08 will repeat that feat for 2007, as there is still lots of shopping yet to be done this year.
