STP: Not content with having achieved the biggest media launch ever last month with Modern Warfare 3, Activision has released Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies for iOS. If you’ve played the zombie mode in last year's Call of Duty: Black Ops for consoles and PC, you’ll feel right at home here, because the iOS version offers one of the levels from the original game.
With Jason Blundell departed from Treyarch, I understand the prospects of the Zombies mode reaching it's former glory are quite slim. To some this signals the end of an era, to others: a new beginning .
TTP:" A few Call of Duty series spin off titles have been released in the past on the App Store, offering gameplay experiences that are slightly different from the main entries of the series. Among them was Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies, which brought the series' popular Zombie mode to iOS devices. Unfortunately it's been a while since players have been able to enjoy the game on their iOS devices, as Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies wasn't compatible with the latest iOS 8 versions. Today the game has finally received a new update which makes it playable on devices using the latest iOS version."
