Five PSP Games that Should be Remastered for PS3

The Playstation Portable, while far from a failure, has not reached the same audience as its competitors. Despite having an install base of over 70 million units sold, PSP games never quite seem to sell as many copies as they should. This year, Sony seemed to realize this, announcing the "PSP Remasters" line, releasing remastered versions of God of War: Chains of Olympus, God of War: Ghost of Sparta, and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PS3, with more remasters on their way. This opens the door for a lot of great PSP games to not only get remastered in high definition, but also reach an audience who might not have had a chance to play them. No offense, but please stop with porting over these types of games in a obvious cash grab.

A business exists for the purpose of making money.
A lemonade stand selling lemonade isn't an "obvious cash grab," it's giving people who want lemonade a glass of lemonade that they are willing to pay for.

If people don't want things like this, they won't buy them and publishers/devs will get the message "Dang, seems like people didn't want that" and stop doing them.

Crazy thing is, they are selling, and selling well at that. For a business, the less risky pursuit is almost always the preferred path. They do want to keep their jobs after all. ^_^

Actually the PSP remakes aren't selling well at all.

knifefight2976d ago

If that's true, then they'll stop making them or go out of business. Either way, problem solved :D

No offence, but no one is forcing you to buy it, if peoples are willing to pay for whats the problem?
