The PS3 version is the best cause it's in 1080p and runs in 60 fps, exclusively.

Get your facts straight before posting BS!The game runs at 1080p @60fps on the PS3 and Xbox 360 native! And even Wii version assets are 480p at @60fps.Your PS3 fanboy mentality is getting your brain burn.Better do a little internet search before you post the false comments posted by the PSN blogs. Its 1080p @60fps on PS3 and 360 and thats been confirmed by multiple web sites, blogs and reviews.

Get your own facts straight.

Well from what i seen, the PS3 version seems to look a lot smoother in terms of motion, but 360 seems to have a bit better color, but i'm sure it's because the RGB full/limited setting thing like most comparisons

HungPHATx4898d ago

I don't understand why these DUMB FUCKS never turn on the deep color/super whites settings on the PS3 when they do these comparisons !!!!! Hello CVG the PS3 isn't your standard plug and play consoles of the past...

SonyNGP4898d ago

They both look the same if you ask me.

chuckyj14898d ago

Totally agree...If you read my post down below a bit... This game doesn't even come close to pushing either system to the limits.

You might be a fanboy if....you can tell a difference between a kids game on these systems!

Raider694898d ago

They look and run the same native! You can match colour on setting and thats it.

Eamon4898d ago

The 360 version seems darker? To be honest, apart from that, I can't tell the difference at all.

i think they should try to make a rayman 3D open world game for PS5 & Xbox Series X

PS-Gamer-19861222d ago

Still waiting for an origins and legends successor. My wife and i were addicted to these games at the time.

IanTH1222d ago (Edited 1222d ago )

I'll be curious if they make one. If they do, it won't look like they did, at least. Ubisoft retired the UbiArt framework used to make these games, apparently because the tools were too hard to work with across their many studios. Which is a bummer for sure, as I feel those games having a fairly unique aesthetic also benefitted them.

EDIT: Apparently I misremembered. They did say "hence the decision to temporarily put it aside", but they also said "it’s still there, and you will see other things using it". So it sounds like a new game could possibly still use UbiArt.

Fantastic game. Have great memories playing Origins on the Vita.

I will say though, around 2/3s of Origins' levels can actually be unlocked in the even better Rayman Legends which you can find dirt cheap these days.

Legends has so much variety and those music levels are amazing.

Gamer791222d ago

Loved the rayman games especially origins and legends.

Even the first Rayman game is still worth picking.
