Some games in there i didn't know about
Mortal Kombat
Silent Hill
COD
Bioshock !!

Diver4952d ago

ken levine said it wasn't bioshock 1 or 2 but instead a new game set in the bioshock universe.

Undeadwolfy4951d ago

The list is missing MGS and ZOE HD collections.

remanutd554952d ago

the games they said are set for launch are only first party , sony hasnt announced third party launch line up yet

sarshelyam4952d ago

Sony doesn't announce third party titles...third party companies handle that themselves.

We've already heard from Namco Bandai that Katamari and Ridge Racer are making launch. Capcom confirmed Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, and plenty more.

remanutd554952d ago

ohh ok i was under the impression sony have to do it , ok pretty kool but i still think sony needs to announce the full ps vita launch line up , i mean its their machine for christ sake , they need to inform people of all games coming out at launch

BoneIdle4952d ago

The article lists all the First and Third party titles currently in development. Including Bioshock, call of duty, Mortal Kombat Teken etc etc

buddymagoo4952d ago

"We can confirm that the following first party games will be available on 22 February 2012, when PlayStation Vita launches across PAL:
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
WipEout 2048
Reality Fighters
Little Deviants
ModNation Racers: Road Trip
Everybody’s Golf
Escape Plan
Unit 13
Hustle Kings
MotorStorm RC
Top Darts"

Razongunz4952d ago

most of the games in development are ether names i have never heard of or names i'm not interested in. but i guess this is pretty badass lineup for a system that havent released yet, all the really badass games..or well more of em atleast.. will come poping out in the following year i'm sure, and from the list of developed games there are missing a few:

Final Fantasy X Remastered
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection
Metal Gear Solid Rising
Little Big planet
Super Stardust Delta
Dream Club Zero
Lord of Apocolypse
Ragnarok Odyssey

these are all the games i look most forward to so they are easier to remember, but i think there are even more games not mentioned, these games are all 3rd party games, so sony wouldn't list em ofc and i know for a fact that atleast Dream Club Zero is japan-only. but these are games i know are coming to the vita and they are all ether finished or in late development, Dream Club zero is a japanese launch title, and possible some others aswell.. can't remember :P

Optical_Matrix4952d ago

Gravity Rush is missing off of there. That's also confirmed for launch. Just as Minna no Golf Portable was my first PSP game, Everybody's Golf will be among my first PS Vita games. I don't even like golf but those games are mad fun.

Lyr1c4952d ago

Isn't LittleBig Planet also a launch title?

Unless its batwoman were they right it off

It's 10 years too late for a BioShock film. The world of Rapture would have been perfect for a film. It's actually a good candidate for proper utilization of 3D, for increased depth rather than bullshit popping out of the screen. It could really show off the underwater city that way. But BioShock as a brand is so irrelevant these days that a film just doesn't make sense. Especially considering it would need a big budget and top notch effects to really take advantage of the IP.

gold_drake325d ago

i agree on the bigger budget. all the cgi they'd need for the background.

but i think it would work better as a show. a movie would be too short to establish the story

TheNamelessOne325d ago

Netflix greenlights anything, so that shows me very little faith in the project. Enough to just crap something out as they're, more and more, known to do.

badkolo324d ago

its where b movies go to live, its run by democrats , dont expect anything good from netflix

Knightofelemia325d ago (Edited 325d ago )

I'll laugh if it turns out to be better then the Borderlands movie
