Fall Co-op Guide

The Controller Online takes a look at the best co-op games of the fall.

"Fall 2011 will go down as one of the biggest gaming release seasons ever, with some massive games being released, such as Gears of War 3, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3, Forza 4, Batman Arkham City, Saints Row the Third, Assassin’s Creed Revelations, and Skyrim just to name a few, or a lot.

That list just skims the surface of all the games released and we have already taken a look at the Multiplayer Shooters and the RPG’s that were released, and today we are going to look at something a bit more specific, Co-op. We love co-op games, and you should too. It’s always more fun to play with some friends than alone, in your basement, with only some snacks and your controller to keep you company. Luckily for us there were plenty of games released this fall that supported co-op."

I currently play Gears 3 often, especially after the 60 FPS Boost. Gears of War is my favorite gaming franchise, and the Locusts are the coolest faction in history. Gears Judgment will always be a disgrace for not having the Locust in VS multiplayer.

GoW 3 and Judgement were the last installments before the series went woke and soulless. I'm level 50 in GoW 3 and LOVE it's multiplayer to death. It's just so crispy.

Dead Island 2 devs believe a Dead Island remake would be a “mistake”

We might be in the age of remasters, but it doesn't look like the Dead Island 2 devs believe remaking the original game is the right move for the series.

but remakes require far less effort for these companies and they can still charge $70 for them!

Feel like everyone makes fun of Skyrim re-releasing like 18 times yet applaud these remasters elsewhere. Would much prefer NEW games

Making sequels really is the way to go. Otherwise we'll be stuck playing only the first entry, forever!!!
