Actually I am pretty sure the Australian PC copy is live anyway. People have been using VPNs to get a leg up all day. Here in the Uk it is only an hour away so I am pretty sure its live over there

Here in Belgium, the game is already out since Tuesday. Probably has something to do with Armistice on 11/11, when we have an official holiday. Same thing happened with uncharted 3, which was suddenly released on Saturday instead of Tuesday like the rest of the world. It's absolutely unfair but I can only applaud this new tendency, because most often Europeans have to wait several days longer than their American gamer colleagues..

I didn't pick the game up yet, but I've read some alarming reports on forums stating the ps3 version suffers from serious frame-rate drops in the beginning of the game. That's the only real downside when a game is released sooner than expected; there's not a single review out to inform you about the technical issues of the game.
