Event Victini and Victini Sweepstakes Announced

8bitfix writes: Victini will be available in America from December 3rd to the 31st over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Its moveset will be V-create, Searing Shot, Fusion Bolt and Fusion Flare. V-create has not been released outside of Japan yet and has the highest power of all Fire type moves at 180.
