Backbone's second dual-stick zombie survival shooter delivers much of the same, with scant improvements offset by difficulty issues. Full review by Chris "Wolf Man" Mitchell.

Hello everybody. We are very happy to announce that the PlayStation Store Halloween Sale starts tomorrow (24th October). There are some frighteningly good offers across a whole range of great titles but please see below for a full list of the content available.
Gonna get myself HoTD 3&4 me thinks. Kind of expected Infamous Festival of Blood to be on sale for Halloween, oh well!
Anyone in Europe who hasn't picked up Beyond good and evil HD yet HAS TO do so now. It was pretty unforgivable to not buy it for the full price but at that price you should have your console taken away for refusing to buy it.
From the PlanetPlaystation.com featured editorial:
"Last month, Sony pushed forward a new initiative for its PlayStation Plus ($49.99 a year per member) subscribers by offering not one, not two, but twelve free games for download on its service. And these aren’t just some second-rate picks (well not all of them at least). In fact, most of them are exquisitely popular games, including entries in the Infamous, Ratchet and Clank and LittleBigPlanet series. That said, some of you may not quite be sold on the dozen of games being offered for no charge right now. So, with that, we’ve got a handy little guide to talk about them, and let you know which ones are recommended, and which ones to skip. So here we go!"
Saints row 2 made me buy Saints row 3. Good series.
Is it really good advice not to get a free game???
edit: also great selection of games. I have been kept busy
I've been enjoying Infamous 2, it's a good idea because I wouldn't have bought that because I thought the first one was ok but not great.
Now I might buy number 3 if there is going to be one.
Saints row 2 doesn't age well at all, did people think it was a good looking game when it was released?

Starting with today’s PlayStation Store update, PlayStation Plus will deliver an instant game collection to all members!
i guess you can be cynical about it in a way because they kinda deeply discounted most of this stuff the week before. i almost bought just cause 2 and infamous 2 last week with their ultimate deals but then i never got to it now this makes me happy :P feel sorry for people that had plus and paid for some of these titles last week. anyways loving my plus stuff and curious there is no vita integration stuff out yet.
That is freaking ridiculously amazing... Wow Sony, you really do know how to keep customers happy putting out free games like these, not to mention getting other games in the future.
Now would be the time to go buy a 500GB hard drive to put in your PS3.
I have this in my PS3 and it works flawless:

Overall this is an insane deal PS+ has gotten to the point that their is no reason anyone should not own it.
I have no interest in these games because I've already played them but the talk last night got me interested in subscribing. Shame the stream rumour wasn't true.
