GamerFitNation's BlackBible addresses Amy Hennig on the possibility of finishing the Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver Story. We encourage fans of the series to speak up. GamerFitNation also ask's if it's even possible for Crystal Dynamic, Square Enix, Naughty Dog, and Amy Hennig to come together for one last game?
Saber's CEO says he could have fixed Crystal Dynamics' costs in development, and has some harsh words for Volition and the Saints Row reboot.
Members of Square Enix recently made a remarkable discovery upon opening an old storage container at work that had been shut for close to 20 years: a cache of pristine, retro games that includes titles released for the Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Atari ST, DOS computers, N-Gage, Nintendo Wii, and Amstrad CPC, among other platforms.
I kind of wish Square Enix would return to their roots… well, more so the PS1 era.
They found retro games and some are as old as 30 years ? So most of it wouldn't even be retro I imagine.
Weird thing is amstrad commodore and spectrum games are much older than 30 years mostly so how are the oldest ones 30 years ?
Kazuyuki Shindo, who worked on games including Legend of Mana, Final Fantasy XIII, and SaGa: Emerald Beyond, has left Square Enix.
They did finish the series?
now i wanna start on the story to see what the excitement's about!!
I loved the first couple of Soul reavers when they came out, but 3rd person adventure titles are a dime a dozen.
I want the series to go back to the original. Legacy of Kain:Blood Omen was the first and best in the series.
Top down, action RPG. Kain had way cool powers, turning into bat, wolf and mist.
"Vae Victis."
Gaming needs series like these. PLayed the five of them for Halloween, my heart broke in shame, this gen is great gameplay-wise, but we haven't had narratives like these in years.
OMFG I WANT A NEW LEGACY OF KAIN SOUL REAVER GAME SO BAD.
