Pressing Charges: Activision gets sued for Guitar Hero Song

It was reported recently that the band "The Romantics" are suing Activision because of their use of one of their hit songs. Their name may not sound familiar, but many have heard of their hit songs including What I like about you and Talking in your sleep.
