Nintendo’s Handheld Timeline

The Nintendo 3DS is causing one hell of an uproar in the gaming community. With a stellar lineup of classic titles already released and more in the works, the 3DS is promising to be one of the biggest items of the year. The excitement is infectious but it isn’t unique to the 3DS. I can remember the exact same enthusiasm when the Game Boy Color was released, when opening my PS2 on Christmas Day, and when attempting to play Wii Sports for the first time. The gaming world is constantly evolving. It is much easier to appreciate the technology of today when looking back at the electronics from the past.
