i adore BB, but just one character is a rip off, especially if my color dlc doesnt transfer aswell as the announcers.

but great deal for people who skipped the dlc.

BB is my fav fighting game but im not falling for this......this is Guilty Gear xx2 accent core plus reloaded all over again >_>

That new opening looks amazing tho :(

Abriael4982d ago

As far as I know they added quite a lot more than simply one character, though.

NoobSessions4982d ago (Edited 4982d ago )

In the game they added Relius, included the 3 DLC characters, gave them all story scenarios, Abyss mode, Leigon mode 1.5, DLC colors, Unlimited Mars Mode, 2vs2, 3vs 1, etc. Online mode, Calamity Trigger + Continuum Shift's story [which are redone or refined to a certain extent. New cutscenes are an example] + extra story, and PS3 vs Vita play. Plus you got the new balance of characters. There may be some things Im missing but I think I got most of it.

oohh... so we're starting with the GGXX trauma, getting versions and versions and versions... hey, ACW, why dont make a new GG game, so we can see finally how the story mode of GGXX #realoaded ends? It has a great cliffhanger and we still dont know who is "that man".

Tanir4982d ago

actually they just got the license back, remember Sammy owns GG. AcW just got the rights to GG again so they can do it. hopefully soon, though i would imagine to get GG's huge roster redrawn would take a while aswell lol

Didnt know that. Thatnks for the useful (and full of hope) info.

A Look at All of the Fighting Games Available on Vita

VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "While fully-fledged fighting games on handhelds have achieved varying levels of success in the past, they weren’t really a thing until the PSP. Prior to this there would always be certain concessions to get them running on weaker hardware. Sony’s powerful portable console, however, allowed developers to experiment with new ways of delivering their titles that would sometimes be hugely successful (e.g. Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection), which in turn meant new games were forthcoming throughout the console’s life. This mantra continued onto the Vita, which received ports of a number of high-profile fighting games, from launch through to the present day.

The ever-expanding industry of eSports has somewhat put a damper on handheld fighting games, as the fanbase moves increasingly towards arcade sticks, perfect latency, and other measures that always ensure a fair fight. That doesn’t mean the Vita doesn’t have access to its fair share of fighting games, though – whether you like 3D arena brawlers, party-friendly multiplayer titles, or pixel-perfect technical 2D fighters, you’re well served by the selection that’s available here, especially when including backwards-compatible PSP & PS1 games."

There are More Fighting Game DLC Possibilities than Overpriced Costumes

DualShockers writes: "In 2013 video games are platforms. A new title releases and within months or even mere weeks a wealth of additional content is available for purchase for said title. From characters and costumes to games modes and story campaigns, all kinds of DLC is available for all kinds of games. Except for fighting games, that is. The typical bulk of DLC released for fighting games includes additional colors or costumes. Just ask Tecmo about Dead or Alive 5’s $100+ in add-on costumes.

Let me make it abundantly clear that there are far more interesting DLC possibilities for fighting games than costumes and characters."

How do you justify 100 dollars in Costumes......really? Who would buy that? Thats a new game and a controller. Add 20 and you just bought 2 new games.

SonyPS3604281d ago

I don't know. I'm just here for the boobs.

KonsoruMasuta4281d ago (Edited 4281d ago )

Come on man! Think about it. Think about all the bikini DLC and skimpy outfits you can dress all your fighters in. Those DOA girls are a sight, so don't tell me you don't think about it!

Isn't that sight worth a 100 dollars?

Klonopin4281d ago

DOA just hasn't been the same ever since Tomonobu Itagaki left Tecmo. There wasn't any DLC bullshit when he was in charge of Team Ninja. Remember when Tecmo's slogan was 100% Games?

fsfsxii4281d ago

How do these sea shells keep her boobs in place??

sephiroth4204281d ago

yeah i really hate these pointless half naked costumes for characters aswell, i dont play a fighting game for the half naked women i play it to kill the other mother fucker.

KonsoruMasuta4281d ago

Nobody buys a fighting game for the half naked women. They're just the cherry on top.

sephiroth4204280d ago

no they're not, the graphics on fighting games arnt even that great, how csn you perve on them :S :S :S

thehobbyist4281d ago

DLC is a big joke and is rarely used for anything worthwhile

Scatpants4281d ago

Next will be DLC boob jobs. I would also like to see full nudity as a DLC option.

KonsoruMasuta4281d ago

Oh god!!! Just thinking about full nudity dlc......
