Xboxer360's Richard Berry writes: Battlefield’s strength and charm has always been its multiplayer with its fans arguing that this is the more “mature” title when discussing who is king in the COD vs BF battle. It’s kind of funny that the more “mature” crowd are insistent on arguing their cause all the time! Battlefield has gained quite a few devout campaign fans who enjoyed the humour and open map scenarios that they could traverse and literally level to the ground, but this is from Battlefield Bad Company and Battlefield 3 sees the franchise take on a whole new direction in the form of a Hollywood blockbuster action movie. It’s important to go into this game with a clear head and forget all that you know and expect from a BF title. Don’t expect to find a campaign that you will recognise because BF3 is quite a different beast from its brothers and is related more to its half-brother Medal of Honor.
Battlefield 3's former Lead Designer has revealed that there were two cut missions from the main campaign
Get rid of campaigns, move the game to mobile, and try to compete with warzone. They would save time and money.
Whether it comes through remakes or a new game with a similar style, DICE should aim to revive the glory days of Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2.
hmmm I think there will be no old BF glory days for EA since they are loyal to their greediness and laziness :D
You're asking for a miracle with EA that will never happen unless they can exploit the money making schemes behind it.
This Battlefield 3 Reality Mod installation guide will show you step-by-step on how to install the new reality mod by Venice Unleashed.
Single player in this game is crap. A 7 is way to generous for this boring and uncompelling pile of uselessnous.
The co-op is unbalanced and frustrating.
The multiplayer isn't even working at launch and there is no excuse because this game had 3 betas.
Gamestop already has a ton of used copies as of Friday, which is ridiclous.
