Examiner: The Darkness II – Hands-on preview

The Darkness II embraces the comic book mayhem of the source material much more faithfully than the original title did. Taking place some two years after Jackie Estacado's bloody quest for revenge, he is now the Don of the Franchetti family. Developer Digital Extremes has reworked how Jackie uses his powers in The Darkness II, creating a much more robust arsenal of offensive and defensive options that make for an all-around more powerful Jackie.
