IGN writes: "If I had to sum up DICE's Battlefield franchise in just a few words, I might pick "big," "vehicles," "multiplayer." These particular words pop into my head because they've been so important to Battlefield's design philosophy; even the most recent single-player Battlefield entry, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, kept these ideas at its core."
Whether it comes through remakes or a new game with a similar style, DICE should aim to revive the glory days of Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2.
hmmm I think there will be no old BF glory days for EA since they are loyal to their greediness and laziness :D
You're asking for a miracle with EA that will never happen unless they can exploit the money making schemes behind it.
This Battlefield 3 Reality Mod installation guide will show you step-by-step on how to install the new reality mod by Venice Unleashed.
Battlefield 3 Reality Mod release is now set for July 17, and we get a brand new release date trailer that brings the action and grounded gunfights.
Sorry to say but BF3 is overhyped.
EA has tried to hype this game as a COD killer and although it's a good game it's no COD killer! BF has a huge following and I'm sure they will love this game but as a COD fan I don't see it luring me away.
Call of Duty is so fun to play that's what a game is about and Call of Duty is exactly that.
:)
The logistics of Battlefield 3 are definitely closer to Call of Duty than any other title in the series, but it still feels distinctly Battlefield. It takes fewer bullets to kill, you can strafe-sprint and I've been drop-shot on a few occasions too. I think close-quarter confrontations in general feel better overall. Other than that, it barely feels like I've moved out of Bad Company 2, and I mean that in a good way. The transition is sweet.
Make no mistake though, aside from the bad-ass visual upgrade and the possibility of aerial dog-fights, this is essentially Battlefield unchanged. A lot of people will tell you Call of Duty is repetitive, but Battlefield's gameplay hasn't changed significantly since Bad Company first came out either. My point? If it plays good, and it does, play whichever you like.
By the way, if you want to get into the Caspian Border Map, the password is videokilledtheradiostar.
And here we go again, people making comparison's of Call of Duty and Battlefield, along with the use of the Beta (Which isn't the full version of the game) to provide some apparent evidence..
