Why do N4G Users Report Posts that are legitimate?

I have decided to see if other N4G users are being targeted in the same way as me.

I have had many legitimate posts reported by the user kevco33, the latest being a post regarding Supremacy MMA and its release date of Friday 23rd September 2011.

kevco33 reported the post and said “We have known this for a while”.

The official announcement was made today (Wednesday 11th September 2011 ) in a joint press release issued by 505 Games and the Kung Fu Factory today. Within minutes of the press Brash Games had published the article and added a link on N4G only to see it flagged immediately by kevco33.

It is not a duplicate story and yet rival sites are permitted to report your items and then republish the information on N4G which just seems to be unfair.
