Gaming Age – The Baconing Review

I can't say for sure that the game was rushed out the door, after all I don't know the Baconing's development history. But I can say that it certainly feels like this game was made to hit a deadline, rather than grow the franchise. I couldn't help but think it was a money-grab title. I'd go as far as saying even if you've loved the previous DeathSpank games, the Baconing may take all of the rose-color out of your glasses. Maybe I'm wrong, but playing and replaying the exact same thing over and over again is not what I call appealing. With The Baconing, even DeathSpank's humor is vastly outmanned and outgunned by the hackness.
