Alcon Entertainment Prepping Point Break Remake

Alcon Entertainment has announced that it will be stepping on the gas pedal to bring a remake of Kathryn Bigelow’s 1991 Point Break to theaters. The remake will be released by Alcon’s home studio, Warner Bros., and they are planning on having Kurt Wimmer’s screenplay out to directors soon. Wimmer's credits include the upcoming Total Recall and the more recent Salt with Angelina Jolie.
