Battlefield 3 Beta picture running on Xbox 360

There is a Modern Warfare 3 beta running right now on a PS3. Why? Because it is coming to the PS3. And it is running on a developer's PS3. Does that mean segments of the public will be part of a PS3 beta for MW3? No.

The fact that there is a BF3 beta running on a 360 is expected. He is a developer.

Devs run betas all the time of products in late stage production. It doesn't mean it is going to be a beta for consumer personnel.

Yeah, betas tend to flow around in the games industry in general - other studios not related to the developer/publisher often get early alphas/betas/releases (*cough* GTA5 *cough*). Even iPhone 'game' developers get them here in Dundee.

When your hands are rested on the controller you really don't want to take it off and move your thumb to the start button because it is far away from the other directional buttons.I think it's a great feature,it would definitely make the game a more enjoyable experience IMO.

And even if you are sarcastic I don't see it I read it as laziness like seriously, even if this is pet peev of yours why would you take your thumb off the left stick to hit the start button?(I said this cause you said taking away from the directional pad which on both controllers is one the left side) when you could just use the right thumb?

Seems legit as the 'Press start' button is in exactly the same style as the menu's were when I was in the Alpha.

Also, if I were sad enough to create a fake image, I'd use a HD alpha screen shot and put it on my TV and make it seem like it was Xbox.

So the fact its just a boring title screen probably means it is actually real.

There will probably be people closed testing the beta right now before its released to the public.

But it's definitely nothing exciting :/
