Man Arrested for Selling Pirated ONE PIECE DVD at Auction Site

Crunchyroll writes, "On September 1, Isumi station of Chiba Prefectural Police arrested a 31-year-old male office worker on suspicion of selling pirated anime DVDs at a cell phone auction site without the permission from the copyright holder of the series, ACCS (The Association of Copyright for Computer Software) reported yesterday."
