The Province: The Artificial Intelligence is well below par. Enemies will often run into fire, you will be able to avoid detection, sometimes, just by crouching, and other times you “sneak” into a room to look at a computer or grab some information and other people will come in and not say anything.
The “boss” battles are also well below the standard set by the rest of the game. No choice here in how to take them on, grab your gun, learn their pattern and shoot away.
Those flaws are annoying, but perhaps moreso because most of Deus Ex: Human Revolution is so thoughtful and enticing.
