RandomProdInc: Mario Kart 7 Preview

RandomProdInc: Mario kart seems to have been around forever, but they manage to keep it quite fresh with each version of the game. Be it an increase in graphics or just development of a new playing style, the games have always been fresh. So have Nintendo managed to keep this up, or has it become stale?
