Innocent Joe Lamb’s mother has passed away due to an accident at the industrial workplace. 4 month’s on, in the Summer of ’79, Joe and his friends, Charles, Carry, Alice, Martin and Preston, aim to create a film for the upcoming festival but to their director’s(Charles) dismay, their production value is far too low and the older kids will be tough competition.
