UGO: Tabula Rasa review

In one of the smoothest launches for MMO that we have ever seen, Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa form NCsoft splashed into the MMORPG pool. Replacing crossbows for shotguns and Orcs for aliens, Tabula Rasa may just do what it set out to do: invigorate the MMO market with fresh ideas both simple and fun. Garriott choose to eliminate the number crunching of some medieval MMO titans and replace it with immersive and constant action. He wants to simply the stats, get the players into the game and let them play. In a lot of ways, he was successful, and in other ways, it's the same ole mint gum with a new wrapper.

I agree when it comes to The Sims Online. That game was really fun and nothing has even come close to it. I still crave a new Sims with online multiplayer. Blows my mind they haven't done anything like that since The Sims Online or even The Sims Bustin' Out on PS2.
