Chillingo has today launched two new titles on the App Store, Color Bandits and Piñata Smash. Color Bandits is a side-scrolling, shooting adventure with a pounding electro soundtrack, while Piñata Smash is a crazy, fun-filled tapping riot. Both games offer something unique proposing gameplay that any gamer can enjoy, from the recreational to the hardcore.

Ok, incorrectly spelt titles aside, Color Bandits is the newest offering from Chillingo. I’m happy to report that the missing “u” from the title is the only real negative I have to level at this fun little shooter… so why not a shinning 10 then?
Kiai Games have managed to capture the essence of 90’s shooters like Metal Slug and Midnight Resistance and package them for the more modern touch devices.
There are copies of Electronic Arts' The Saboteur with our names on them. We're just waiting for Best Buy to drop the price to $19.99 or less. In the mean time, we'll get ready to play Color Bandits, a side-scrolling shooter from Chillingo with a similar premise: kill enemies to restore color to the world.
