I don't think it is lame in least bit. I think it is pretty damn cool and just adds to the fact of how realistic Battlefield 3 can be whether it is where the devs got their inspiration to the general realism of the game.. NOT LAME.

Real life looks more real. It does not take captain obvious to figure that out. Games are years away from looking as good as real life.
For me, BF3 looks prettier than reality.
Real Life graphics are amazing but i think BF3 looks better it feels more real than real life ;)
i also i prefer daydreaming than reality
