Review: Naval Warfare PC (GamePro)

There's a dearth of good top-down arcade shooters on the PC, but Naval Warfare on Steam sadly won't change that. While the old-school combat and compelling world are enticing, ultimately the lack of online multiplayer and incomprehensible story sink this ship.
