The PlayStation Network has seen its fair share of twin stick shooters, and among them is Zombie Apocalypse, which quite obviously pitted players in the middle of a zombie war zone. Zombie Apocalypse 2 is on the way, and intends to build upon the framework laid out by its predecessor by upgrading virtually every aspect of the game.
Old-school zombie shooting fun awaits!
"A top-down shooter set in a world gone to hell, Zombie Apocalypse: Never Die Alone, tells the story of four survivors as they fight legions of the undead. You’ll be fighting down a more-or-less straight path, using cover and roadblocks to you advantage to create choke points as zombie hordes shamble towards you and your team."
Zombie Apocalypse: Never Say Die, the sequel to Konami’s arena shooter, has been confirmed to arrive on both Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network distribution channels this fall. Since it’s already this fall, all that should be happening soon!
Definitely inspired by Left4Dead's gameplay here, in a good way. Let's hope that there's some kind of online multiplayer here.
Anything with zombies in it is pure WIN in my book. :D
Mix of on/offline co op? Sounds cool!
