GameDynamo – "RF: Armageddon is a third-person, run 'n' gun shooter. If you’ve played Gears of War or Resident Evil 5, then you’ve played the new version of Red Faction. Now, that's not necessarily a bad thing, as both of those games are very well done. Red Faction: Armageddon ups the ante by adding some badass weapons (the Magnet Gun and the Singularity Cannon are two of note), some nicely realized mech combat, and it also throws in the awesome Nano Forge, which allows you to rebuild (and a few other neat tricks) whatever you destroy while fighting the good fight against Hale and the White Faction."
