Monday Night Combat Updated

Monday Night Combat has recently been updated to allow mostly new balancing additions as well as a couple new features. Notable fixes include changing some parameters on the LazerBlazer turret, improved mechanics of the bot waves, and changing the overtime event to only be triggered if both Moneyballs are completely equal at the time limit (otherwise the higher ball now wins). There is also now a countdown from the 2 minute mark until the end of the game. Check out the full list of additions and fixes below, and get back to your old new money grubbing ways.
