PlayStation Network Hack Was A National Issue

Over the last couple of days, it has come to my attention that many PSN users seem to be apathetic towards Sony. Of course this situation was a disastrous for all of us, including Sony. It was a Public Relations nightmare! How do you explain that 77 million accounts were hacked over the span of two days? Trying to spin this in a positive manner is practically impossible.
