Sony, Thanks for… Not Much?

Gaming Irresponsibly's Josh Knowles gives his opinion on the incentive packages that Sony offered to make up for it's delayed blundering in the wake of the hacks. His article brings up some solid points, but most of all it raises some questions: What is Sony really doing? Do they think we're fools?
