The world comes to life in what can only be described as an incredibly smart, refined, and fluid 2D platformer set inside the visual stylings of a jungle shadow box, or animated black felt impressionist canvas. I think you should make it clear it's available for pre Purchase via Steam because it has been available for Pre Purchase on the PSN Store for quite a while.

if this game impresses you i suggest you take a look at little big planet 1 or 2 makes this game look merely ok in comparison.
