Ryan Syrett @ DBR writes: Mind your head because UK based Splash Damage’s new team based FPS is aiming to bring tactical class based shooters into the mainstream. Why not? The only true console compatriots this game has to deal with are Valve’s Left 4 Dead and Team Fortress 2, so I think it’s high time some other company gave it a shot.

Bursting with fast paced action, parkour based movements, a plethora of unlockable weapons and abilities, Brink huffs out its chest and shows it isn’t afraid of the big boys. Make no mistake this game is oozing with ambition and style. So only one question remains, does this give a kick to the teeth of today’s standard FPSs live up to expectations?
