Namco Bandai Europe is currently preparing to release the highly-anticipated The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings throughout Europe next week, which has been awarded an 18+ Certificate by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). This means that no one under the age of eighteen will be able to purchase the game in the UK. However, until now the BBFC has not revealed the reasoning behind this certification decision.
The Witcher Trilogy bundle is currently listed with an 89% discount on Steam, and you can save over $60 thanks to this Summer Sale discount.

Lol like the title, it wasn't awarded 18 on just some sex scenes (guess it so that people click on it)it was for strong language and brutal violence. Anyway if you had played the previous game then this was to be expected, in fact if it got anything less than an 18 then fans would be angry (its just the way the witcher rolls, literally).
