These 'presidents' and 'PR speakers' are putting a lot of pressure on the development team. They better deliver on what they're boasting about, though I strongly believe they are talking out their rear end. Release the game first then boast.

They are trying to challenge COD, and so need to generate hype to catch the interest of people who might otherwise totally ignore it!

They keep saying all this shit and when the game is released as people have heard alot about it they will be more likely to give it a go!

I think John Carmack and the ID Tech 5 engine say otherwise... Not to say Frostbite 2.0 wont be amazing just not a generation ahead of anything else out there. Tired of all the hype and shit talking, i love battle field but i feel liek they are bringing COD into this way to much and the more i see the more i am slowly being turned off and i am a HUGE BFBC2 fan and want to get BF3 for my first gamming pc but my god enough shit talking and hype. BFBC2 was great but Dice def fucked up a few things and support was slow and drawn out, they really have no room to act so high and mighty.

Oh and unless you enjoy being phucked without a courtesy lick i recommend skipping this for console and buying for pc even if you have to save until then to get a decent pc. Console will be watered down and full of tons and tons of ex COD lone wolfing d bags and wanna be snipers all fighting like children over the 1-2 jets/helicopters on the highly shrunken levels. Dont see any point in getting this game unless its for PC, BFBC2 was def better on PC but by a small margin (although i wish i could have played on PC over console) but this one will be 100 times better on PC.

All Ill say is if the engine is truly a "generation" ahead then let the gamers who pick it up say so from experiencing great gameplay. People need to learn to never toot your own horn unless you had beans for lunch.
