Top 10 Things Sony Can Do to Make Up for PSN Hack

Wired: Following a massive security breach of its PlayStation Network and Qriocity online services, Sony says it is crafting goodwill gestures to make up for any inconvenience suffered by customers whose personal information might have been compromised.

“We are currently evaluating ways to show appreciation for your extraordinary patience as we work to get these services back online,” Sony said Thursday, more than a week after the “external intrusion” that led to the probable leak of personal information tied to 70 million PlayStation Network accounts.
