VGNetwork.it – Motorstorm Apocalypse departs substantially from the ideal "arcade rally game" that was the first (and second) chapter, sacrificing part in the rally ambitions, but adding an explosive setting to say the least, the result is one of the more adrenaline arcade racing game in recent times. Unnatural? No, Motorstorm has simply found a new way to express its loud and exciting style. The extra time of development after returning from late 2010 to March 2011 release date can only have brought benefits to the title, giving us an incredible variability. It will be interesting to see what will be the next targets of Evolution Studios, as it will be difficult to repeat the genuine motor racing spectacle setted in the streets (and rooftops) of a city devastated by a true Apocalypse. A must for lovers of the genre.
